- For managing the CVs sent in by data subjects using the form provided for this purpose and for including those CVs in the company’s database of candidates. These data will be kept for the maximum period of one year, after which the data will be blocked for the legally established time, while guaranteeing complete respect for confidentiality, in both the processing and the subsequent destruction of such data. The legitimate basis for managing and processing the CV of a data subject is their consent, which they manifest by taking the affirmative action of sending the CV and selecting the box for accepting our privacy policy before sending it. Users have the right to revoke their consent at any time, without thereby affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent prior to the withdrawal thereof.
- For improving the user’s experience while browsing the website. We will keep these data as long as a user does not revoke their consent for the processing thereof by deleting the cookies, and during the time established by law, with a minimum duration of 3 years. The legitimate basis for improving a user’s experience when browsing the website is the consent given by the user when they accept cookies. Users have the right to revoke their consent at any time, without thereby affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent prior to the withdrawal thereof.
- For managing our social networks and sending information to users about our activities and products. We will keep these data as long as a user does not revoke their consent to the processing thereof and during the time established by law, with a minimum duration of 3 years. The legitimate basis for managing our social networks and sending activities and news to a user is the consent they give to us for doing so. Users have the right to revoke their consent at any time, without thereby affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent prior to the withdrawal thereof.
- For managing the delivery of satisfaction surveys based on the purchase of a selected product or service for the purpose of improving the experience of our customers every day. Personal data will be erased once the survey has ended, as well as after the reasonable time for making improvements, for activating our services and for complying with the requirements set forth in applicable legislation. The processing of a user’s data will be based on the legitimate interest in improving the quality of the service when a user has acquired goods and/or services. In the event that such a contractual relationship does not exist, data processing will be based on the user’s consent in accordance with provisions set forth in legislation in force. Likewise, if a user revokes their consent to any processing, this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing previously carried out.

Anyone who provides data through the forms of this website and accepts the processing thereof declares that they are over 14 years of age, and minors under that age are prohibited from accessing and using the portal. If the Controller detects, at any time, that a minor the age of 14 years has provided personal data, we will proceed to cancel the same. Likewise, parents or guardians may in any event contact ADACYTE THERAPEUTICS S.L., to block the access account of minors under their care if a minor had registered while falsifying their identity.
