Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;un organe que nous ne voyons ni ne sentons directement, mais dont l&rsquo;\u00e9quilibre, ou l&rsquo;absence d&rsquo;\u00e9quilibre, peut tout influencer, de la digestion au syst\u00e8me immunitaire, en passant par l&rsquo;humeur, le poids et le risque de maladie chronique.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"post-content max-w-987 mx-auto px-20 lg:px-0\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Qu&rsquo;est-ce que le microbiote ?<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"post-content max-w-987 mx-auto px-20 lg:px-0\">\n<p>Le <em>microbiote intestinal<\/em> est un \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me compos\u00e9 de tous les micro-organismes pr\u00e9sents dans l&rsquo;intestin, en particulier dans le c\u00f4lon. On estime qu&rsquo;il y a plus de 40 000 milliards de bact\u00e9ries dans notre corps, qui peuvent peser entre 1 et 2 kilos. Nous avons plus de bact\u00e9ries que de cellules dans notre corps (30 000 milliards), la plupart d&rsquo;entre elles \u00e9tant b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"post-content max-w-987 mx-auto px-20 lg:px-0\">\n<p>En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, les bact\u00e9ries b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques ou \u00ab bonnes \u00bb se multiplient frequently, laissant peu de place aux bact\u00e9ries nocives ou \u00ab mauvaises \u00bb. Que se passe-t-il en cas de d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre&nbsp;?<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"post-content max-w-987 mx-auto px-20 lg:px-0\">\n<p>Lorsque les soi-disant bonnes bact\u00e9ries diminuent et que les mauvaises bact\u00e9ries augmentent, il y a <em>dysbiose<\/em>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"post-content max-w-987 mx-auto px-20 lg:px-0\">\n<p>Cette complication est li\u00e9e \u00e0 un certain nombre de maladies telles que :<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"post-content max-w-987 mx-auto px-20 lg:px-0\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Les maladies inflammatoires de l&rsquo;intestin (MICI) : la maladie de Crohn et la colite ulc\u00e9reuse.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le syndrome de l&rsquo;intestin irritable (SII).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L\u2019ob\u00e9sit\u00e9<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le diab\u00e8te de type 2<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les troubles cardiovasculaires<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>D\u00e9pression et anxi\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"post-content max-w-987 mx-auto px-20 lg:px-0\">\n<p>Un exemple est la production de la substance TMAO (trim\u00e9thylalanine-N-oxyde), produite par certains micro-organismes lors de la consommation de viande rouge ou d&rsquo;\u0153ufs. L&rsquo;exc\u00e8s de cette substance peut affecter l&rsquo;accumulation de cholest\u00e9rol dans les art\u00e8res, augmentant ainsi le risque d&rsquo;infarctus et de maladie r\u00e9nale chronique.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"post-content max-w-987 mx-auto px-20 lg:px-0\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Quelle est la proximit\u00e9 entre l&rsquo;intestin et le cerveau ?<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"post-content max-w-987 mx-auto px-20 lg:px-0\">\n<p>On pourrait croire que, parce qu&rsquo;ils ont des fonctions diff\u00e9rentes, l&rsquo;intestin et le cerveau n&rsquo;ont pas d&rsquo;autre relation que la transmission d&rsquo;ordres et d&rsquo;informations, mais ce n&rsquo;est pas le cas.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"post-content max-w-987 mx-auto px-20 lg:px-0\">\n<p>Les deux organes sont reli\u00e9s par des millions de neurones \u00e0 travers l&rsquo;<em>axe intestin-cerveau<\/em>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"post-content max-w-987 mx-auto px-20 lg:px-0\">\n<p>Outre la digestion, le microbiote influence \u00e9galement la production de neurotransmetteurs tels que la dopamine et la s\u00e9rotonine, qui sont essentiels pour r\u00e9guler l&rsquo;humeur et le sommeil. En fait, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 <em>90 % de la s\u00e9rotonine est produite dans l&rsquo;intestin<\/em>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"post-content max-w-987 mx-auto px-20 lg:px-0\">\n<p>On pense \u00e9galement qu&rsquo;il existe un lien entre l&rsquo;intestin et la m\u00e9moire et les capacit\u00e9s cognitives, d&rsquo;o\u00f9 le nom de <em>\u00ab deuxi\u00e8me cerveau \u00bb<\/em>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"post-content max-w-987 mx-auto px-20 lg:px-0\">\n<p>Des recherches ont mis en \u00e9vidence des diff\u00e9rences dans le microbiote des personnes souffrant d&rsquo;anxi\u00e9t\u00e9, de d\u00e9pression, de douleurs chroniques ou d&rsquo;autisme par rapport \u00e0 des personnes en bonne sant\u00e9 mentale.
