{"id":10885,"date":"2025-07-14T14:14:00","date_gmt":"2025-07-14T12:14:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.adacyte.com\/exposition-au-soleil-et-mii\/"},"modified":"2025-07-14T14:15:17","modified_gmt":"2025-07-14T12:15:17","slug":"exposition-au-soleil-et-mii","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.adacyte.com\/fr\/exposition-au-soleil-et-mii\/","title":{"rendered":"EXPOSITION AU SOLEIL ET MII"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"post-content max-w-987 mx-auto px-20 lg:px-0\">\n<p class=\"c22\"><span class=\"c0\">L&rsquo;hiver \u00e9tant derri\u00e8re nous et l&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9 approchant, les patients atteints de maladies inflammatoires de l&rsquo;intestin (MII) se demandent s&rsquo;il est bon de s&rsquo;exposer au soleil tout en prenant des m\u00e9dicaments.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"c1\"><span class=\"c0\">Il faut savoir que la majeure partie de la <\/span><span class=\"c2\">vitamine D<\/span><span class=\"c0\"> pr\u00e9sente dans notre organisme provient des rayons ultraviolets du soleil, puis de la consommation d&rsquo;aliments riches en cette vitamine. Dans le cas de la maladie de Crohn, par exemple, 60 \u00e0 75 % des patients pr\u00e9sentent une carence en vitamine D. Dans le cas de la rectocolite h\u00e9morragique, 55 % des patients sont carenc\u00e9s.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"c1\"><span class=\"c0\">L&rsquo;ensemble de la population devrait toujours prendre des mesures pr\u00e9ventives pour \u00e9viter les dommages caus\u00e9s par l&rsquo;exposition au soleil, mais, en outre, les personnes qui sont trait\u00e9es avec certains m\u00e9dicaments devraient tenir compte des caract\u00e9ristiques de ces m\u00e9dicaments, car leurs propri\u00e9t\u00e9s ou leurs effets peuvent \u00eatre modifi\u00e9s.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"c8\"><span class=\"c0\">C&rsquo;est pourquoi les patients atteints de MICI, en particulier, doivent \u00e9viter la surexposition au soleil, tout en conservant un taux de vitamine D ad\u00e9quat.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol class=\"c14 lst-kix_list_1-0 start\" start=\"1\">\n<li class=\"c12 li-bullet-0\">\n<h1 style=\"display: inline;\"><span class=\"c19\">La vitamine D et les MICI<\/span><\/h1>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p class=\"c8\"><span class=\"c0\">La vitamine D favorise l&rsquo;absorption du <\/span><span class=\"c2\">calcium,<\/span><span class=\"c0\"> un min\u00e9ral tr\u00e8s important pour le maintien d&rsquo;une structure osseuse saine. C&rsquo;est pourquoi une exposition ad\u00e9quate au soleil aide notre corps \u00e0 se procurer les niveaux n\u00e9cessaires de vitamine D. En outre, la vitamine D peut avoir des effets b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques sur l&rsquo;\u00e9volution des MICI.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"c8\"><span class=\"c0\">La vitamine D ne r\u00e9gule pas seulement le m\u00e9tabolisme du calcium, mais joue \u00e9galement un r\u00f4le crucial dans la <\/span><span class=\"c27\">modulation du syst\u00e8me immunitaire<\/span><span class=\"c0\">, avec des effets b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques potentiels sur l&rsquo;\u00e9volution des MICI. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ses actions anti-inflammatoires, immunor\u00e9gulatrices et \u00e9pith\u00e9liales, elle contribue \u00e0 contr\u00f4ler l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 de la maladie et \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer les r\u00e9sultats cliniques.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"c8\"><span class=\"c0\">Dans les MICI, la vitamine D remplit certaines fonctions telles que :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"c14 lst-kix_list_2-0 start\">\n<li class=\"c16 li-bullet-1\"><span class=\"c27\">Immunor\u00e9gulation<\/span><span class=\"c0\">: La vitamine D r\u00e9duit l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 des cellules T pro-inflammatoires (Th1 et Th17) et favorise les cellules T r\u00e9gulatrices (Treg), qui aident \u00e0 maintenir la tol\u00e9rance immunitaire dans l&rsquo;intestin et \u00e0 contr\u00f4ler l&rsquo;inflammation.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"c16 li-bullet-1\"><span class=\"c27\">R\u00e9duction des substances ou cytokines inflammatoires<\/span><span class=\"c0\">: elle inhibe la production de TNF-\u03b1, d&rsquo;IL-6 et d&rsquo;IL-17, qui sont \u00e9lev\u00e9s lors des pouss\u00e9es actives de MII.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"c16 li-bullet-1\"><span class=\"c27\">Renforcement de la barri\u00e8re intestinale<\/span><span class=\"c0\">: am\u00e9liore l&rsquo;int\u00e9grit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;\u00e9pith\u00e9lium intestinal en augmentant l&rsquo;expression des prot\u00e9ines de liaison cellulaire, emp\u00eachant ainsi l&rsquo;entr\u00e9e des bact\u00e9ries et des antig\u00e8nes qui exacerbent l&rsquo;inflammation.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"c8\"><span class=\"c0\">Des \u00e9tudes cliniques ont montr\u00e9 que des niveaux ad\u00e9quats de vitamine D sont associ\u00e9s \u00e0 :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"c14 lst-kix_list_3-0 start\">\n<li class=\"c16 li-bullet-1\"><span class=\"c27\">une activit\u00e9 clinique plus r\u00e9duite<\/span><span class=\"c0\"> de la maladie.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"c16 li-bullet-1\"><span class=\"c27\">Un taux de rechute plus faible<\/span><span class=\"c0\"> chez les patients en r\u00e9mission.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"c16 li-bullet-2\"><span class=\"c27\">Une r\u00e9duction des besoins d&rsquo;hospitalisation et d&rsquo;intervention chirurgicale<\/span><span class=\"c0\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"c16 li-bullet-2\"><span class=\"c27\">Am\u00e9lioration de la qualit\u00e9 de vie<\/span><span class=\"c0\"> d\u00e9clar\u00e9e par les patients.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"c8\"><span class=\"c0\">Par exemple, un essai clinique randomis\u00e9 publi\u00e9 dans le <\/span><span class=\"c2\">Journal of Crohn\u2019s and Colitis<\/span><span class=\"c0\"> (2013) a montr\u00e9 qu&rsquo;une suppl\u00e9mentation en vitamine D3 (jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 5 000 UI\/jour) chez des patients atteints de la maladie de Crohn permettait de maintenir la r\u00e9mission et de r\u00e9duire les marqueurs inflammatoires.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"c24\"><span class=\"c0\">Il est recommand\u00e9 de maintenir des taux s\u00e9riques de 25(OH)D <\/span><span class=\"c27\">sup\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 30 ng\/mL<\/span><span class=\"c0\"> chez les patients atteints de MICI. Par cons\u00e9quent, la <\/span><span class=\"c27\">suppl\u00e9mentation par voie orale<\/span><span class=\"c0\"> est souvent n\u00e9cessaire, en particulier en hiver ou chez les patients pr\u00e9sentant des troubles de l&rsquo;absorption ou une faible exposition au soleil.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-10853\" src=\"https:\/\/www.adacyte.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/image3.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"260\" height=\"280\" \/><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<ol class=\"c14 lst-kix_list_1-0\" start=\"2\">\n<li class=\"c12 li-bullet-0\">\n<h1 style=\"display: inline;\"><span class=\"c19\">M\u00e9dicaments contre les MICI et exposition au soleil<\/span><\/h1>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h1 class=\"c6\"><\/h1>\n<p class=\"c1\"><span class=\"c0\">Certaines \u00e9tudes ont sugg\u00e9r\u00e9 qu&rsquo;une plus grande exposition au soleil pourrait \u00eatre associ\u00e9e \u00e0 un <\/span><span class=\"c2\">risque plus faible de d\u00e9velopper la maladie de Crohn<\/span><span class=\"c0\">. En particulier, une \u00e9tude prospective r\u00e9alis\u00e9e en France a montr\u00e9 que les femmes qui s&rsquo;exposaient davantage au soleil pr\u00e9sentaient un risque significativement plus faible de d\u00e9velopper la maladie de Crohn, bien que la m\u00eame association avec la colite ulc\u00e9reuse n&rsquo;ait pas \u00e9t\u00e9 observ\u00e9e.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"c1\"><span class=\"c0\">Toutefois, certains m\u00e9dicaments contre les MICI sont des <\/span><span class=\"c2\">photosensibilisateurs.<\/span><span class=\"c0\"> Cela signifie qu&rsquo;ils peuvent provoquer des r\u00e9actions de photosensibilit\u00e9, c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire des l\u00e9sions cutan\u00e9es anormales caus\u00e9es par l&rsquo;interaction entre un agent chimique photosensibilisant (certains m\u00e9dicaments) et le rayonnement solaire.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"c8\"><span class=\"c0\">Le rayonnement ultraviolet (UV) est fortement associ\u00e9 au <\/span><span class=\"c2\">d\u00e9veloppement de tumeurs<\/span><span class=\"c0\"> cutan\u00e9es et de r\u00e9actions de photosensibilit\u00e9 aux m\u00e9dicaments. Dans le cas des tumeurs, les rayonnements s&rsquo;accumulent au cours de notre vie dans ce que l&rsquo;on appelle la m\u00e9moire cutan\u00e9e. Le risque de tumeurs cutan\u00e9es augmente chez les patients trait\u00e9s par des m\u00e9dicaments immunosuppresseurs, en particulier ceux trait\u00e9s par des thiopurines.<\/span><\/p>\n<h1 class=\"c6\"><\/h1>\n<ol class=\"c14 lst-kix_list_1-0\" start=\"3\">\n<li class=\"c12 li-bullet-0\">\n<h1 style=\"display: inline;\"><span class=\"c19\">Mesures de pr\u00e9vention contre le soleil. <\/span><\/h1>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h1 class=\"c10\">Comment hydrater votre peau apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;exposition au soleil | Beaut\u00e9<\/h1>\n<ul class=\"c14 lst-kix_list_1-1 start\">\n<li class=\"c30 li-bullet-1\"><span class=\"c0\">\u00c9vitez de vous exposer au soleil pendant les heures de pointe (de 12h00 \u00e0 16h00), car c&rsquo;est le moment o\u00f9 le rayonnement UV est le plus intense.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"c42 li-bullet-1\"><span class=\"c0\">Portez des v\u00eatements qui vous prot\u00e8gent du soleil, comme des chapeaux, des T-shirts ou des lunettes de soleil.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"c31 li-bullet-0\"><span class=\"c0\">\u00c9vitez les fameuses cabines de bronzage.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"c33 li-bullet-1\"><span class=\"c0\">Appliquez des cr\u00e8mes avec un indice de protection tr\u00e8s \u00e9lev\u00e9 (de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence 50+) et avec des filtres UVA et UVB.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"c14 lst-kix_list_1-2 start\">\n<li class=\"c35 li-bullet-2\"><span class=\"c0\">Pour que les \u00e9crans solaires soient efficaces, il faut :<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"c14 lst-kix_list_1-3 start\">\n<li class=\"c13 li-bullet-1\"><span class=\"c0\">Utiliser suffisamment de cr\u00e8me solaire pour couvrir toute la surface du corps.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"c25\"><span class=\"c0\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-10865\" src=\"https:\/\/www.adacyte.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/image2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1388\" height=\"925\" \/><br \/>\nIl est important de ne pas oublier les zones telles que les oreilles ou le cuir chevelu.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"c14 lst-kix_list_1-3\">\n<li class=\"c5 li-bullet-2\"><span class=\"c0\">Appliquer les cr\u00e8mes sur une peau s\u00e8che, car les gouttelettes d&rsquo;eau ont un effet grossissant, ce qui augmente le risque de br\u00fblure.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"c39 c40 li-bullet-1\"><span class=\"c0\">Appliquez la cr\u00e8me solaire 30 minutes avant l&rsquo;exposition au soleil.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"c3 li-bullet-2\"><span class=\"c0\">Renouvelez la cr\u00e8me solaire apr\u00e8s chaque bain prolong\u00e9 ou toutes les deux heures.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"c32 c43 li-bullet-1\"><span class=\"c0\">Utilisez des cr\u00e8mes r\u00e9sistantes \u00e0 l&rsquo;eau et, si vous vous baignez pendant plus de 20 minutes, renouvelez l&rsquo;application apr\u00e8s le bain.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol class=\"c14 lst-kix_list_1-0\" start=\"4\">\n<li class=\"c12 li-bullet-0\">\n<h1 style=\"display: inline;\"><span class=\"c19\">Le soleil et les petits<\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/h1>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p class=\"c7\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-10857\" src=\"https:\/\/www.adacyte.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/image4.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1960\" height=\"1470\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"c7\"><span class=\"c0\"><br \/>\nLa carence en vitamine D est fr\u00e9quente dans la population p\u00e9diatrique atteinte de MICI et est associ\u00e9e \u00e0 une activit\u00e9 accrue de la maladie. Il est donc essentiel de surveiller et de corriger les taux de vitamine D dans le cadre de la prise en charge globale des MICI chez les patients p\u00e9diatriques.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"c7\"><span class=\"c0\">Une \u00e9tude d&rsquo;observation men\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s d&rsquo;enfants atteints de la maladie de Crohn a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 qu&rsquo;environ 19 % d&rsquo;entre eux pr\u00e9sentaient une carence en vitamine D et 38 % une insuffisance de cette vitamine.
